Analysis verification monostable moment longitudinal steering linkage
Novotný, Petr ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Pernikář, Jiří (advisor)
Work smoothing - out evaluation accuracy of measurement monostable moment steering linkage by the help of special machine. Evaluates individual characteristics accuracy, especially uncertainty metering.
Repeatable Torque Load Equipment Design for Vehicle Steering System Testing
Novák, Pavel ; Ludvík, Jan (referee) ; Ramík, Pavel (advisor)
The object of this work is design braking device with high repeatability and reproducibility that is used to analyse the measurement system. I developed this work in cooperation with TRW-DAS Dačice a.s. At the beginning, I made a search of the chassis system, testing of ball joints and steering. Furthermore, I made search of the MSA and the types of braking devices. The rest of the work is focused on the design and the thermal analysis of braking device. Then there are the actual test.
Measurement system analysis in the production of rotary tools
Pavlíček, Michal ; Fiala, Alois (referee) ; Kotek, Luboš (advisor)
This work deals with measurement system analysis in the production of rotary tools. The aim is to carry out literature search on the topic and then do analysis Gage R&R of the measurement system in the company ANAJ Czech s.r.o. and on the basis of the obtained data to recommend appropriate corrective arrangements to improve the current measurement system.
Useless Things
Maloušková, Drahomíra ; Jeřábková, Edith (referee) ; Artamonov, Vasil (advisor)
Useless things. I normally use trash things like pattern in painting still life. My father suffers from obsessive compulsive disorder – accumulation of things. In addition to painting, I also work with objects themselves. My interest also closely related to how the concepts of the subject, object and artifact are appliing in contemporary art. There are the tradition of imitation fact, principle of ready-made, the issue of technical reproducibility and virtual reality of things in history of art. As a central theme of my thesis, I selected the part of bodywork Tatra 613, which carries all the testimony about ,,useless and hopeless "situation in which it is located. It is also an object monumental and visually very aesthetic. Yet it is not my intention to settle for the principle of redy-made. Asked about artwork as intermediaries art and its seemingly useless producing and reproducing, I want to try to create another such usless situation. That's why I make a cardboard copy (1: 1) of this object. I also make video with motive 3D copy of the same object. I like to create some voltage between that useless object and valuable art practice. I think, it does not just mean such futility when these objects will be viewed as an art.
Metrological confirmation of the measuring instrument - capability measurement system
Vencl, Petr ; Pernikář, Jiří (referee) ; Koška, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with measurement system analysis in Bühler Company. It is focused on proposal for a methodology for verification capability of gauges, data collection and evaluation of selected gauges. Selected gauges are analog bore gauge, digital bore gauge, dial snap gage and height gauge. The problem lies in the proposal task and especially in a practical verification methodology for the capability of gauges.
Numerical Method of Image Processing for Extruded Fiber Diameter Measurement
Vostal, Jiří ; Bednář, Josef (referee) ; Štarha, Pavel (advisor)
This work is focused on extruded fiber diameter measurement problem. For this purpose a procedure has been proposed. This procedure makes use of numerical methods for image processing, which are described in theoretical part of work. The proposed procedure has been processed into single-purpose software and in the final part is assessed its repeatability and reproducibility.
Quality assessment of pneumatic linear drives
Pecl, Tomáš ; Jankových, Róbert (referee) ; Budík, Tomáš (advisor)
This Master’s thesis deals with the evaluation of quality pneumatic linear drives. The theoretical part describes the problems in the field of pneumatic cylinders and statistical methods to perform the analysis. The practical part includes the execution and evaluation of the statistical analysis of the measurement process and pneumatic cylinders, also brings recommendations to optimize the measurement process. The methods used included analysis Gage R & R, Analysis control charts and data analysis using the process capability. The study was made for the purpose of improving test equipment Norgren Ltd. Used computer programs was Minitab Statistical Software and MS Excel.
Vývoj imunologických testů pro detekci nebezpečných bakteriálních patogenů
Šmídová, Lada
The aim of the thesis was to develop an immunoassay for the detection of dangerous bacterial pathogen, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). MRSA infections cause global problems in health facilities which provide acute and follow-up care in inpatient and outpatient parts. That is why early and rapid diagnosis and targeted thereapies are very important for the subjects. E. coli was purified using the QIAquick PCR kit Purificatin isolated bacterial constructs, which were subsequently purified and dialyzed. The recombinant protein PBP2a in different concentrations was applied to a nitrocellulose membrane in the form of lines. Furthermore was performed optimized blot-line method for the detection of specific antibodies against the recombinant antigen PBP2a in the classes IgG, IgA and IgM. Several different concentrations of the conjugate Goat Anti-human IgG-AP, Goat Anti-human IgA-AP or Goat anti-Human IgM-AP were used for the detection. The color intensity of each line of the strip was evaluated with Immunoblot software. The measured values were used to determine diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and overall diagnostic match. Further testing of precision was carried out under repeatability conditions (intra-assay) and reproducibility (inter-assay). Precision of the method was expressed by coefficient of variation. As the most suitable for the manufacture of a IgG kit was determined the concentration of the antigen PBP2a from 0.30 mg/ml to 0.45 mg/ml and the concentration of IgG conjugate from 1:1500 to 1:1800. For class IgA as the most appropriate antigen was determined concentration PBP2a from 0.40 mg/ml to 0.52 mg/ml and conjugate concentrations of IgA from 1:500 to 1:1000. The coefficient of variation under repeatability conditions for the entire range of the IgG class is 10.09 %, and for IgA is 8.91 %. Variation coefficient reproducibility conditions for the entire range of the IgG class is 9.23 % and for IgA is 9.60 %. Precision of the method under conditions of repeatability and reproducibility for classes IgG and IgA meets the criteria for the manufacture of a diagnostic kit. Titration results showed that particular batch of cards made of nitrocellulose membrane coated with antigen PBP2a must always be verified on the panel of reference samples and the values of concentrations (for both antigen and conjugate) should be set according to the needs, but differently for the class of immunoglobulins IgG and IgA.
